Please have your reservation number ready and visit the reception counter inside Mio Camino Amakusa. After receiving your ticket, proceed to the boarding area. Strollers and large luggage can be left at the reception counter.

Tickets must be collected at the reception counter inside Mio Camino Amakusa before boarding. After collecting your tickets, please gather in front of the Matsushima (Maejima) Port pier. Boarding will begin 10 minutes prior to departure.

- All vessels are equipped with passenger cabins, restrooms, and air conditioning (excluding some boats). Please note that the onboard restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
