Please have your reservation number ready and visit the reception counter inside Mio Camino Amakusa. After receiving your ticket, proceed to the boarding area. Strollers and large luggage can be left at the reception counter.

Tickets must be collected at the reception counter inside Mio Camino Amakusa before boarding. After collecting your tickets, please gather in front of the Matsushima (Maejima) Port pier. Boarding will begin 10 minutes prior to departure.

What's Included
- All vessels are equipped with a cabin, restroom, and air conditioning, except for some boats. Please note that onboard restrooms are not wheelchair-accessible.

- To help prevent seasickness, alcohol and food are not permitted inside the cabin. However, you may eat and drink on the deck, excluding alcoholic beverages.
- To ensure the comfort of guests with pet allergies, pets are not permitted on board.

- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes like sneakers instead of high heels.
- Cameras, video recorders, and mobile phones are welcome on board. Our staff will be happy to assist you with taking photos.

- Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cruise is canceled due to severe weather, such as a typhoon.

乗客は夫婦連れ？が3組。曇り空で無風、波無し。天草五島巡りは壮観。乗客定員12名のくまモン号で30分間の海上遊覧は幸せなひと時。

大喜びでした。
子供たちを連れて行きました。船に乗る事自体楽しみで、途中で波しぶきが、かかりましたが、その事にも大はしゃぎ！ 係員の対応も大変、満足しています。 強いて言えば、観光アナウンスが外部甲板では、エンジンや波音で、聞こえないのが残念でした。
